• Rustic/Tent Sites -- no water, electric, or sewer.

• Reservation Deposit of at least one night required for Daily. Cancellation ten days prior to beginning of your stay for a full refund.  Less than ten days and one nights stay will be charged.

• Weekly, monthly, and annual reservations must be paid in full in advance. No refunds on advance payments.

• Holiday and Special Event Weekends require a minimum of 3-nights stay and payment in full at time of reservation and no refunds on advance payments.

• 5th Wheel & Travel Trailer Rentals require full payment at time of reservation. Cancellation at least 14 days in advance to receive full refund less $25 processing fee.  No refund after cancellation deadline. Well mannered pets welcomed with an additional $60 pet cleaning fee.
